01 Donglang Film Creativity Industry Park
Donglang Film Creativity Industry Park is a cultural comprehensive industrial park mainly focused on media and film culture. The industrial atmosphere here is strong, making it very photogenic.
Formerly known as Beijing Printing Factory No. 2, many buildings are based on old factory buildings, with reasonable planning and reconstruction of the original space. It integrates its own resources to implement the transformation of advantageous resources, transforming into a high-end film-themed creative park with low density, green ecology, and comprehensive facilities centered on cultural exchange and integration of the film industry.
02 Langyuan Vintage
Langyuan Vintage is the birthplace of the Langyuan brand, located in the core area of Beijing Chaoyang CBD. Formerly Beijing Wandong Medical Equipment Factory, the park retains the original factory buildings and cultural features, creating a garden-style low-density environment, known as an "urban oasis."
